The Beauty of Spring
Details: Sweater – Dynamite, Bag – Aldo Accessories, Cheetah Shoes – Free from my cousin, Shorts- Foxy Jeans.
My kindred spirit stayed the night on Monday, so we decided to take advantage of the beautiful, sunny day and have a spring photo shoot! BUT. my camera died, boo for crappy camera’s, so most of the photos are on her’s. I so cannot wait till I can get a “big girl” camera, you know those fancy smancy ones all the cool bloggers have? 😉 I’m fine with mine now, it takes beautiful photos, but I’d love to upgrade sometime. Maybe I’ll just get a tripod so I don’t have to drag my friend around to take photos. (Anyone want to sign up to be our photographer? … I’m serious here.) Hope you have a beautiful spring weekend! 🙂

I’ll hopefully have it by the time I go to Spain, haha. I can only dream! 🙂
Loooove the sweater! So pretty 🙂
I hear ya, I need a tripod too. Do you know which type of camera you’ll be upgrading too?
Thanks so much! It’s my favourite one!
I have to start researching prices and all, but I’m thinking I’m going to stick with a canon, I love them too much! What type do you have right now?
I have a Nikon D3000, but like yourself I’m also a Canon girl at heart and have never fallen in love with my Nikon (not that it’s a bad camera, it’s served me well, I just prefer the Canons)
ayee beautiful sweater!
I used to have a huge Canon (can’t remember the numbers right now) but it was too heavy to carry it around all day. It took really great pictures, but was a burden! So now I use i teeny-tiny sony which isn’t that bad 😀
Hope you find the perfect camera for yourself! 🙂
Yeah some of them look really heavy, but I guess they’re worth it? :/ I like my camera right now, but I’m not totally in love with it, it’s just a cannon powershot. not a fancy-smancy one. haha.
By the way, thanks so much!! it’s my fav sweater! (:
Love this floral top Natalie!
Thanks Jody!! <3
Love the floral top, and that you do a little color palette on the side! I adore your blog, I will be reading 🙂
Hi Rachel!! (:
Thanks so much! I really appreciate it! Love your blog too!
No problem! 🙂 And I wish I lived in NY permanently, but I am a student and in my program we co-op/intern every 3 months. For the summer quarter, I will be interning for a bridal designer in New York and was happily announcing that I finally had found an apartment thank god!! Haha
That’s still pretty amazing!! Congrats on the internship (and the apartment!!)! It sounds like a wonderful opportunity – I love bridal designs! I’m hoping to get an internship I’ve applied for as well, wish me luck? I’m not a fashion student yet, so I’m hoping to get some experience before I decide on where to go. I’m thinking either Toronto, or Vancouver.
Love mixing denim and floral! I recently just upgraded to a Canon Rebel from a Canon Powershot. SO much money and I only ended up with the camera after requesting it for a graduation gift!
I must say though, DEFINITELY WORTH IT! I absolutely love taking photos now! xo
Same here, it’s so pretty! (: Ohh nice, I have a Canon Powershot right now, congrats on graduating!! What a great gift!! I can’t wait to get one, I’ll go crazy with photos. haha
