Where She Crafts II
As promised here’s the post you’ve been waiting for (okay, not really) but as you know, I’ve recently been cleaning up my attic and turning it into a much-needed craft room. After a few weeks of organizing boxes and getting rid of things = garage sale piles rock! I’m finally done (or at least until I find more fun things/ways to decorate. – thrift store shopping spree? I think so!!) I hope you like it as much as I do – and please! ignore the floors, the previous owner(s) painted over top of paint and it’s peeling now… I think I’m warming up to it, (shabby chic!) but I’m dreaming of pretty polished wood floors. Oh well!
The photos you see at the top (the shelf & drawers, etc) is basically where all my supplies live. My collection is growing, but as of now, it contains – scrapbook paper, brushes, paint, embroidery string (thanks Jenn!), coloured pencils, scraps (paper & fabric), stationary paper, ribbon, my beloved ELLE magazines, and other odds and ends. The pots you see in the corner are my faves (they remind me of “keep calm and carry on” see the crowns?) They will hopefully be filled soon with fabric bolts. The photos on the bottom feature my “magic” desk, it’s a lovely office table during the day, and craft/sewing table at night – love it! Best purchase ever! – aside from my mac of course! (my new baby!)
(I plan on painting the wicker chair soon – a vintage white of course!)
(I made that yellow patched quilt back in the day)
Now for the details; This attic re-do basically cost me nothing. I already had (or made) all the decorations/furniture that was just collecting dust in our attic – so I put it together to create my craft room extraordinaire! Hope you like it, ’cause I sure do! Below are my fave little details – can you tell I like anything vintage? 😉 I so can’t wait till I have my own place to decorate!
Thanks for reading!

It’s my first Mac, I don’t think I’ll ever go back, haha. (don’t be envious though!)
Oh, the book was a neat thrift find, it’s a 365 daily fashion tips book – http://www.amazon.ca/Before-You-Put-That-Daily/dp/0743281691/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1319656994&sr=8-1
