Happy Friday! This is posted early, but I hope y-o-u have a wonderfully epic day! What’s on the docket for today? Are you excited for the weekend? It’s almost here. I can’t believe how fast the week went once again!! I started this series two fridays ago and here we are again! Wow! Time sure does fly by…
one. I had a couple down and out days where I just had no energy or motivation, and was sleeping in way too late – I’m hoping it’s just due to the crazy weather and hormones… I think I’m on the mend though. At least I’m trying to be. Remember, it’s okay to not be okay!
two. I’m still plugging away at my internship – it’s almost at the end of the term… September 1st is the last day! I can’t believe how fast it’s gone by. Wow!! Oh, if you’d like to help me out – I’m doing a fundraiser for Letters Against Depression as part of my internship. The poster and information is below. three. Speaking of my internship my next free Zoom event is about Faux Calligraphy – it’s taking place on Monday, August 19th at 3-4PM EST. Bring Writing Utensils and Paper if you’d like to attend! It’s going to be a fun time! Comment or email me if you need more information!
four. I will be moving into a different room in my house at the end of the month, which I’m nervous and oh so excited for. (I love decorating new spaces – if you didn’t know!) I also received the amazing news that this house won’t be co-ed come the new lease agreement. What a relief! Having everything up in the air was really, really stressful.
five. I’ve been losing weight lately which is very encouraging. What I’ve been doing is cutting out the habit of eating when I’m bored, eating less, and… I invested in the It Works Skinny Gummies. They actually work – surprisingly and yes, I cleared it first with my family doctor. I’m going to implement more walks and hopefully exercise too!
