Bit Late, But Happy September!!

I’m definitely a bit late to the party – but it’s my birthday month so – I can cry if I want to!! Haha. If you know me by now, you know I celebrate the whole month – so let’s do a round up of what I’ve done so far!! I’m often blessed with crazy opportunities throughout the whole month and I’m so thankful to God for them! Let’s dive in!

“Ah, September! You are the doorway to the season that awakens my soul.” -Peggy Toney Horton

My internship officially ended September 1st, I achieved 137 hours which I’m quite happy about! I had my exit interview and am now on the leadership team (!!) I’m loving it so far.

I met up with an Instagram friend (Henrietta!) over the long weekend. It was our first time meeting and it was absolutely lovely! She is such a sweet, kind friend and I’m blessed to know her. She gave me these postcards and a number of other goodies.

I came across another amazing non profit organization called Hashtag Hope in the most mysterious way… two of their business cards showed up in my jean jackets pocket. Like, what?! They apparently were the originals from 2013 but I bought my jacket long after that. I still have absolutely no idea how they ended up with me. I applied for a bunch of opportunities on their website so I’m hoping and crossing my fingers! Haha. Hopefully you’ll see an update here – stay tuned?

Oh!! I also got my first fountain pen! Thanks to Henrietta! I love it. Here’s a photo below with my mini collage journal.

My amazing Dad took me on a mini road-trip to Canton, Michigan on the 16th and I shopped till I dropped. I hadn’t been to the states since 2019 so it was a great experience!! I hit Hobby Lobby, Joann’s, Five Below and Target! Below are some of the items in my haul!

Thanks to my close friend Rebecca for planning a fabulous party with homemade cheesecake and lovely friends. Here’s me with my cake! I absolutely loved it.

Here’s to many more birthday’s!! I love ‘em.
