Coffee – yuck, ew, ugh.
Of all the coffee I’ve ever tasted, I’ve never found one I actually liked the taste of. Sure, it wakes you up and everything.. But really? If I wanted to drink something that tastes like dirt and water mixed together – then I would simply get some dirt and water. (gross!) Am I just tasting the wrong brand? Is there some coffee out there that tastes amazing? I’ve tried good ‘ol Tim Horton’s, eek. Not good! (Sorry fellow Canadians, I fail in the coffee category. ) Should I add something to my coffee? I sometimes add a french vanilla coffeemate, but I feel like I’m cheating the whole coffee experience here… haha. The only way I can drink coffee is by putting the tiniest amount (okay, a spoonful!) into my Starbucks hot cocoa. Now, that on the other hand, is yummy! 🙂 Sleepy moms, college/uni students, coffee addicts – give me advice? I really want to enjoy coffee! Plus I just want to collect pretty mugs.

I like the taste of coffe but cannot give you any recommendations because I don’t understand much! I had to quit drinking it because it gets me too nervous 🙁

start with fancy coffee drinks first, like cappuccinos, mochaccinos, caramel fudge lattes, caramel cafe mochas, etc etc. i would never ever ever drink anything to do with coffee until a few months ago when i tried a caramel fudge latte at Milk Coffee Bar, and now i love fancy flavoured sugary coffee drinks : ) dan is trying to get me to brew my own coffee at home with my sister’s french press, so i bought a big thing of Cafe Mocha Coffeemate to smother the coffee in. i haven’t tried it yet but i’ll let you know how it is : )
MmmM, all of those sound amazingly delish!! I’ve tried the Cafe Mocha at Timmies and it was pretty good. I’m going to try some at Starbucks next time I’m there, totally craving some now! Coffeemates (forgot the name!) are the best! I’ll have to try that one. Thanks! Good luck with the french press!
I’m the same, I hate coffee! Never drink it and people can’t understand how I manage to get up in the mornings :p
Would like to like it, I hear so many people talk about this type of roast with this type of blend and I just shrug my shoulders and say meh? Dirt and water… best description ever! 😀

haha, for real – it tastes like dirt!! plain and simple. 🙂 I’ll definitely tell you once I know what one(s) to try! I guess it’s all about what you add to it maybe?
